The best vacuum sealer tips we would recommend:
- Check the size of the food saver you are interested in buying. Food savers are great appliances but you need to make sure that you have room in your kitchen to store a food saver. If you have to store it somewhere else, chances are that you may not use it since it is such a chore to pull it out of storage. We recommend allocating kitchen counter space to make a permanent home for your food saver.
- Freezer use. Not everything is freezer-safe. The main issue we have seen is with some of the vacuum sealable food canisters. Canisters may not be freezer safe. So please do check the details of the accessories you buy, to make sure they will work fine in the freezer if that is your plan.
